This is a nice fitting sandal, but is not as cushioned as i hoped it would be. The straps are a soft leather and the shoe didn't require any breaking in time. My only complaint is that there is not enough cushioning under the ball of the foot. If you don't have to walk too far in them they are fine. I think I will go back to Seychelles which has better cushioning.Update: I have been wearing this sandal pretty regularly since purchasing it ~ 1 month ago and it has gotten more comfortable. It has become my go-to shoe. Now i would give it 5 stars and consider buying this brand again.
