After about 9 ankle surgeries, for fusions of the joints... my wonderful new Dr. performed an ankle replacement. After much mending I was finally told I could go back to wearing regular shoes. Prior to I had to wear "rocker bottom" shoes. So I had improved so much my husband bought us tickets to Ireland ... for that I will need something comfortable, water resistant, nice looking, and doesn't in any way hurt my foot! So I surfed and surfed the webs... of course I always come back to Amazon! There they were .. the boots I had been looking for all along.. I ordered them.. they came..tried them on..and Yureka!
