I bought these for a trip to Italy, where we expected to walk a lot.After reading reviews, I decided to buy a half size smaller than I usually wear. I got them, and they fit snugly, but they felt very comfortable. This proved later to have been a mistake. I should have purchased my actual size. During our trip, my toes felt pinched. This was totally my own fault, and i think had I purchased the right size, I would have been extremely happy.
My usual beef with shoes is that they rub on the back or just don't feel comfortable. These shoes don't have any of those problems, and I would definitely purchase these again in the right size.
I have been wearing them to work, and to the grocery store, and they are really lovely. One tiny warning: they aren't quite as dressy as I thought they would be, and I think this is due to the rubber sole.
