I love Clarks - I have many of the styles and reviewed many of them.If this boot was another brand/designer, I'd give it 5 stars. Because it's really cute.
However, with the Clarks name you expect comfort. So you need to judge it on comfort because those are the expectations. These are no more comfortable than any of the non comfort brands. The heel is high, but I thought they'd be extra cushioned on the ball of the foot to accomodate this. They aren't. They are very very cute, and if you are looking for a cute boot, these fit the bill. Cute and flattering.
But if you were looking to Clarks to get a boot like this that was still super comfortable - sadly these aren't. If boots with this height heel typically hurt you, these definitely will as well. The footbed at the front of the boot is just not cushioned, so with the high heel, the front sole of your foot will get heavily abused.
