I thought this shoe was comfortable when it arrived but I had to send it back for an exchange a half size larger. The width was fine, but for me, this shoe was cut too short. I had ordered my usual size. Interestingly enough, I also have Clark's Nikki Studio shoe and when I compared the two shoes side by side, even though they were the same size, the Ashland Brook was definitely shorter by about half a size.
