Just received these. They are really cute but a better description of them would be that they are slippers with a sole on them. There is no foot support or arch support in them at all. Just a suede boot/slipper with a crepe sole on the bottom. The suede is nice and so is the fur inside them. Just wish there was some foot support. Especially at this price.
